NFL is a Business. It is also about the bottom line. They have to make a profit to pay the players and employees. When the owners see an Anti American Asswipe protesting the Country or police and it drags down ratings and they start losing money I don't blame anybody for not wanting him. Stephen works for an entity that makes money in advertising.  If you have Dipshits on the left since it's mostly them doing and saying really stupid things and the news outlet loses sponsors they will shitcan that clown that causes them to lose money.If it's not a charity it usually is about the bottom line. Friday, ESPN “First Take” co-host Stephen A. Smith said NFL owners reluctant to sign the controversial quarterback Colin Kaepernick because of the backlash that would come along with him are “soulless businessmen.”

“The NFL owners who are reluctant to bring Colin Kaepernick on board are not cowards — they’re soulless businessmen,” argued Smith. “They’re scared of their bottom line being affected because they’re all about their dollars.”
