If this Dirtbag is up for re election and the people vote him in they deserve to pay the higher fees! What gives this Idiot the right to tell the People they have Sub par or Crap or Phony  insurance ? Obamacare is loaded with crap that people won't use or even guys won't use like maternity care. I would call their policies crap when it has stuff I won't use.

It’s likely that on Jan. 1 the number of uninsured Americans will actually rise. Congressman Cartwright claims many have “phony insurance policies”.
