Obama-Care, No One Can Afford It!

The average deductible used to be $3,000.00, under Obama-Care it has jumped up to a minimum of $5,000.00 deductible. Once people at the lower level of income get Obama-Care, they can’t afford to use it! How nuts is all of this?
