Michelle Obama's Continuing Cognitive Dissonance at $10,000 per person fund raiser

Illinois is at the bottom of the Economic achievements under Quinn and these CLOWNS pay $10k a plate?? What Idiots! What a waste of money! Also These Clowns go to the schools where the kids just eat this crap up. Pathetic!

Students and parents across the country are rebelling against unelected, non nutritionist Michelle Obama's Hunger Free Kids Act, complaining about the school lunch program's mandated school lunch offerings.  Lacking kids' favorite foods--pizza, which does have calcium--while loaded with kids' least favorite--broccoli for instance which also has some calcium and other good stuff--kids are refusing to eat the skimpy but presumably oh so healthy offerings and parents are joining their children's complaints
But Michelle (and her husband) plow ahead, eating more than organically grown dark greens with other well heeled folks, all the while decrying income disparity, poverty and of course promoting healthy food.
A week after her famed fund raiser husband hit up Chicagoans able to pay $50,000 to endorse an incumbent Democratic governor presiding over the state of Illinois, that is broke, losing jobs and is suffering from high unemployment, Michelle Obama added to her carbon footprint by flying into the state to do the same.
She propagandized students at a get out the vote Still Fired Up! Still Ready to Go! rally at the University of Illinois in Chicago, the same school from which her dear friend and just a neighbor, Professor of Education and killer bomb maker, US flag stomper, Bill Ayers, recently retired.

Prior to the rally she turned on her charm to raise money from rich Democrats also presumably worried about the poor and hungry and other horrid income disparities.  Now because she is a woman and suffers from the gender gap the price to hear Michelle Obama was considerably less than to hear her husband--only $10,000 per person.  But the event, held at Chicago's mk restaurant, most probably offered more sustenance than found on the typical healthy school lunch menu.  While not necessarily available at the funder, the restaurant's bar bites menu  does offer pommes frites and truffle cream--something like french fries without the ketchup--for $8.  Braised burgundy snails with garlic, white wine and healthy green parsley are available also for $8.
But the best endorsement for Governor Pat Quinn and the rest of the poor little rich Democrats came the day before from Lena Dunham, the creative, talented, contradictory and now quite wealthy all on her own, 28 year old creator of tv phenom, "Girls."  In Chicago to promote her new book, "Not That Kind of Girl," the chubby, newly blonde author, speaking at the Chicago Humanities Festival "read a story about her uterus and took a moment to endorse Pat Quinn for governor."
Yeah, that's about right.
