AGAIN: NYPD Officers Shot In The Line Of Duty



Late Monday night, Two NYPD officers were shot and wounded while investigating a reported incident.
 
According to CBS New York, “Officials said the shooting happened around 10:40 p.m. in front of 2532 Tiebout Ave., at 181st Street, in the Fordham section of the Bronx. One officer was wounded in the arm, the other in the leg, officials said.”

The two officers were taken to St. Barnabas Medical Center where both are expected to fully recover from their wounds.
The shooting suspect, however, is still on the loose.
This all comes just weeks after NYPD Officers Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu were killed in cold blood by a lunatic seeking to even the score for the police deaths of Michael Brown and Eric Garner. That shooter, identified as Ismaaiyl Brinsley, a crazed man from Baltimore, killed himself after shooting Ramos and Liu.
Police are still actively looking for last night’s shooting suspect. Officials have released surveillance video of what they believe shows the face of the perpetrator, as seen below.



Tensions between New York City cops and Mayor de Blasio are still high after hundreds of NYPD officers attending a funeral for a slain officer turned their backs on de Blasio as he delivered the eulogy over the weekend.
