House Republican leaders of the oversight committee have launched a probe into whether the Obama administration put U.S. national security at risk with his prisoner swap with Tehran last year to finalize the Iran deal.
TGP recently reported on the specifics of the Iranians who were freed in this deal. Obama lied to the American public (shocker) when he claimed that these prisoners merely violated economic sanctions. In reality, these 7 Iranian prisoners he freed were a threat to U.S. national security.
In other news, Republicans are also going to probe whether water is wet.
