The Illinois House voted to pass Speaker Madigan’s $36.5 billion spending plan, which overspends by $5 billion.

Like I said before You tell a Democrat controlled Congress to pass a balanced budget and the Dipshits can't do it. They jump start it with raising taxes and spending more than they take in.  You look at Democrat controlled entities and they are usually in really bad economic shape. The Illinois House voted to pass Speaker Madigan’s $36.5 billion spending plan, which overspends by $5 billion.

Like the “Grand Bargain” and "Capitol Compromise," Madigan's plan relies on $5 billion in tax hikes because it includes no real structural spending reforms.

The $5.4 billion tax hike means each Illinois household would eventually have to pay $1,125 in additional taxes annually.

Lawmakers are currently working to gather the votes needed to pass the tax hike tomorrow.

Email your lawmaker today and tell them to reject Madigan's tax hike and pass a balanced budget that doesn't rely on new revenue.
