500+ Examples of Obama’s Crimes, Lies, and Corruption (MASSIVE List)

I don't know of any President to have a list like this!   Pathetic!
Barack Obama champions himself as having the “most transparent administration in history,” but, as the old saying goes, talk is cheap.
And, all evidence shows that Obama’s “talk” is worthless. It is not even free; we — and future generations — are forced to pay for it.
The Obama Administration is constantly intertwined with lies, scandals, corruption, and shameless violations of the Constitution.
Even if Obama ends his term without a single additional lie, the precedent he is already setting is a major threat to what America stands for.
If we do not hold him accountable, it sends a message to all future leaders that the American people used to value freedom but what we really want now is a king; it says we value a false sense of security in the name of “public safety” over liberty. This is exactly the kind of tyranny our Founders warned us about, and it is imperative action is taken before it is too late.
We recently provided a list of nine reasons Barack Obama should be impeached. Just in case that was not fully convincing, here are five-hundred and four more reasons Congress should immediately tell Obama to pack his bags.
We want to give a major hat tip to Dan from Squirrel Hill for providing this extremely detailed, well-sourced list. He writes:
I ask you to please show this list to as many people as possible – and especially, to please show it to as many Obama supporters as possible. Sunshine really is the best disinfectant. I can’t stop Obama from doing any of these horrible things, but I can tell people about what he is doing. [...]
Every President, every politician, and every human being tells lies and engages in acts of hypocrisy. But Barack Obama does these things to a far greater degree than anyone else that I have ever known of.
Let’s get started:
1) Intervened in Libya without approval from Congress:
President Obama illegally launched a “humanitarian war” in Libya in 2011 without receiving congressional approval. This is a violation of the War Powers Act and the Constitution. This alone is an impeachable offense. Rep. Kucinich (D-OH) and others tried to sue Obama over this but ultimately failed because the courts said individual representatives lack the standing necessary to sue the Executive Branch.
2) Entered into a no-bid contract with Haliburton (just like Bush):
Usually, when people — whether they are a private company or the government — want to get a job done by another party, they bid their projects out in order to ensure they get the biggest bang for their buck, the best quality at the cheapest cost. This is especially necessary when dealing with taxpayer dollars. However, just as Bush did, Obama granted KBR, a former subsidiary of Halliburton, a $568 million no-bid contract — “just hours after the Justice Department had said it would pursue a lawsuit accusing the Houston-based company of using kickbacks to get foreigncontracts.”
3) Broke his promise of having a lobbyist-free administration:
One of the criticisms of the Bush Administration was that it was plagued with lobbyists. On the campaign trail, Obama promised not to have any lobbyists in his administration. Only about a year after being elected, he had over forty lobbyistsworking for him.
4) Claims to oppose Wall Street cronyism — all the way to the bank
When the Occupy Wall Street movement was gaining steam, Obama claimed to support them and spouted harsh rhetoric about Wall Street corruption. However, he has “raised more money from Wall Street than any other candidate” over the past twenty years. Furthermore, he hosted a fundraiser for bankers where each paid nearly $36,000 to attend and he later hired a well-known Wall Street lobbyist, Broderick Johnson, as his senior campaign adviser. Before working for Obama, Johnson was a lobbyist for JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, Fannie Mae, Comcast, Microsoft, and the oil industry.
5) Broke his promise to close Guantanamo; Renovates it instead:
One of the key pillars of Obama’s campaign platform was to close Guantanamo Bay for good. It not only remains open, but he spent $40 million to renovate it. The debate surrounding closing Guantanamo is a complicated one, but whatever one’s opinion on it might be, this is just another example of Barack Obama’s broken promises.
6) Supported the $700 billion TARP corporate-welfare bailout (just like Bush):
In 2007, Senator Obama voted in favor of bailing out failing corporations to the tune of nearly a trillion dollars. For someone who claims to defend the poor and middle class, he does not do a very good job at showing it. Taking our tax dollars and rewarding your irresponsible, failing corporate buddies is not just bad economics; it’s bad character.
7) Promised to honor state’s rights to legalize medical marijuana; does the opposite:
Another complicated debate is that of whether marijuana should be legalized — whether for recreational use or for medicinal purposes. But, whether you support or oppose any portion of this debate, the fundamental issue here is that Obama blatantly undermined the Tenth Amendment.
On the campaign trail, Obama was “committed” to ending DEA raids on medical marijuana in the states that legalized it. He even supported the usage of medical marijuana; after all, he “smoked large quantities of recreational marijuana” in his youth — which only strengthens his hypocrisy. He also promised that he was “not going to be using Justice Department resources to try to circumvent state laws.”
Things changed after he took his oath of office, however. DEA agents have raided multiple medical marijuana facilities in ColoradoCalifornia , NevadaWashington, and Montana – all states where medical marijuana was legalized by these respective states. He has since further violated state’s rights by shutting down or filing civil forfeiture actions against legal dispensaries. Here are several examples: 12345
The Rolling Stone said Obama was worse than George W. Bush on this issue. Even the liberal publication, Mother Jones, called out his hypocrisy, saying that “theObama Administration raided more than 100 dispensaries in its first three years and is now poised to outpace the Bush Administration’s crackdown record.” Washington Post said he was “more hostile to medical marijuana patients than any president in US history.”
8) Obama chose a tax cheater to head the agency that… enforces tax law:
Timothy Geithner was chosen by Obama to be the head of the same agency that oversees and enforces the tax laws the rest of us have to abide by. Geithner was aknown tax cheater. Before his nomination, he illegally failed to pay $34,000 inSocial Security and Medicare taxes, claimed his children’s summer camp expensescounted as “day care,” failed to pay the early withdrawal penalty when he took money out of his retirement plan, declared multiple items at “charitable” contributions when they were not, lied about his “small business expenses“, and claimed numerous personal expenses as utility expenses. Out of all of the people in America, this is guy Obama thinks is fit to literally lead the entire federal agency that is responsible for enforcing the tax law on the rest of us. Geithner later resigned.
9) Gave a bunch of tax dollars (ahem, executive bonuses) to AIG execs; Pretended to be outraged about it:
Prior to taking office, Obama promised that he would “go line-by-line to make sure that we are not spending money unwisely.” Then he proceeded to sign the stimulus bill wherein tax dollars were  used to line irresponsible, failing executive’s pockets to the tune of $165 million in bonuses. Once word got out, however, he pretended to be outraged about it: “It’s hard to understand how derivative traders at AIG warranted any bonuses at all, much less $165 million in extra pay. [...] How do they justify this outrage to the taxpayers who are keeping the company afloat?” No, Barack, it’s pretty easy to understand: You authorized and supported the stimulus package that did this.
10) Expanded Bush’s faith-based government programs
Obama signed an executive order to expand on Bush’s government faith-basedprograms. He revamped Bush’s faith-based office which “oversee[s] the distribution of grants to religious and community groups” and looks “for other ways to involve those groups in working on pressing social problems.”  What was that the Founders said about the separation of church and state?
11) Renewed and expanded Bush’s unconstitutional PATRIOT Act:
Barack Obama was a harsh critic of Bush’s unconstitutional PATRIOT Act while he was on the campaign trail. However, when it was set to expire in 2011, he not onlyrenewed it but expanded it.
12) Driving us into perpetual debt:
Obama increased the national debt more in his first three years than George W. Bush did in two terms.
“The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. [...] Washington is shifting the burden of bad choices today onto the backs of our children and grandchildren,” Senator Obama said in 2006. “America has a debt problem and a failure of leadership. Americans deserve better.” The national debt was $10.626 the day Obama took office and has since soared passed the $17 trillion mark. The debt limit has also been raised seven times under his administration. Talk about a failure of leadership.
13) Believes he has the power to indefinitely detain American citizens:
Obama signed the NDAA into law in 2011. This is the bill that gave him the “power” to indefinitely detain American citizens without charge or trial. This spits in the face of anyone who believes in due process of the law. States, like Michigan, are fighting back, but Obama still refuses to revoke this power.
14) Believes warrantless wiretapping is perfectly fine (just like Bush):
Barack Obama is no stranger to violating the Constitution; in this case, it is the Fourth Amendment. He defended spying on innocent Americans by secretly wiretapping their phones.
15) Broke his promise to prosecute Wall Street Criminals:
Obama promised to prosecute Wall Street criminals throughout his entire first term. However, rather than actually following through with this, as you just read, he gave them millions of dollars in bonuses instead.
16) Assassinated four US citizens:
We just mentioned that Obama believes he has the power to indefinitely detain American citizens without charging them with a crime or trying them for their “offense.” Apparently, when even that becomes too inconvenient for him, he just assassinates the “culprit.” He had four US citizens killed without any judicial process whatsoever — a blatant violation of the Constitution. Again, this alone is animpeachable offense.
17) Forced a private company to fire 1,000 people because they weren’t unionized:
Boeing hired a thousand new employees two years ago to work at their new factory in South Carolina. Obama wasn’t happy with the fact that the factory was non-union, so he ordered the company to shut down.
18) Violated Fifth Amendment and undermined 150 years of bankruptcy law by stealing from retired teachers and police officers:
When Chrystler went bankrupt, Obama illegally “treated secured creditors worsethan unsecured creditors.” Among the secured creditors were retired teachers and police officers. A NYU School of Law professor wrote, “Upsetting this fixed hierarchy among creditors is just an illegal taking of property from one group of creditors for the benefit of another, which should be struck down on both statutory and constitutional grounds.”
Another  law professor from George Mason University wrote that these actions were “dangerous to the rule of law.” The Economist wrote that this “establish[es] a terrible precedent. Bankruptcy exists to sort legal claims on assets. If it becomes a tool of social policy, who will then lend to struggling firms in which the government has a political interest?”
19) Supported releasing a man who was convicted of murdering almost 300 people:
Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, the Lockerbie bomber, was in prison for murdering 270 people. Obama supported releasing him.
20) Illegally armed Mexican drug cartels via Operation Fast and Furious:
When Obama is not making gun ownership for innocent, law-abiding American citizens as difficult as humanly possible, he’s illegally forcing store-owners to “sell thousands of guns to criminals.” Many of these guns have yet to be recovered and have been used in numerous crimes, including the murder of US Border Patrol agent, Brian Terry.
There are also documents related to this scandal from the Department of Justice; keeping these documents hidden from the public was the first time Obama used executive privilege in his presidency.
21) Obama’s friend embezzled government funds; He fires the guy who revealed it:
Former Inspector General Gerald Walpin was fired after he revealed that Obama’s friend, Sacramento mayor Kevin Johnson, for embezzling government funds. After firing Walpin, the White House said it was because he was “confused, disoriented, unable to answer questions and exhibited other behavior that led the Board to question his capacity to serve.” Nearly 150 bipartisan representatives defendedWalpin and said “his firing was politically motivated.
22) Broke his promise to air healthcare negotiations on CSPAN:
Obama promised to show all healthcare negotiations on CSPAN in an “effort” to be transparent. Not only did he fail to live up to this promise, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) infamously said that “we have to pass the bill so you can find out what’s in it.”
23) The “If you like it you can keep it. Period.” Lie:
Obama promised that if we liked our current healthcare plans, we wouldn’t have to worry about losing it once the “Affordable” Care Act was implemented. Aftermillions of people lost their health insurance, Politifact dubbed this the “lie of the year.”
24) Lied about how much Obamacare would cost us:
Before the passage of Obamacare, Obama said that he “will not sign a plan that adds one time to our deficits — either now or in the future.” He added that to “prove [he is] serious, there will be a provision in this plan that requires us to come forward with more spending cuts if the savings we promised don’t materialize.” Over the next decade, it’s expected to add more than $340 billion to the deficit, costing doublethe amount promised. As for “coming forward with more spending cuts”? Thatpromise fell through as well.
25) Gave lobbyists and campaign contributors tax dollars, claiming it was for “green energy”:
Obama gave Solyndra $535 million dollars claiming that it would both promote green energy and create 4,000 new jobs. Instead, they went bankrupt and it was later discovered that “company’s shareholders and executives had made substantial donations to Obama’s campaign, that the company had spent a large sum of money onlobbying, and that Solyndra executives had had many meetings with White House officials.”
26) Had hundreds of “off-the-record” meetings with lobbyists:
In an effort to “avoid the disclosure requirements for White House visitors,” Obama has had hundreds of secret meetings with lobbyists.
27) Hypocritically sends kids to private school while touting how “great” public education is:
The private versus public education debate is one for another article, but the fact here is that while Obama was promoting public education’s “superiority,” he sends his own kids to private school.
28) Ordered SWAT to raid (law-abiding) Gibson guitar factory for political reasons:
Obama ordered an armed SWAT team to raid a factory for Gibson guitars. They ordered the employees to leave and stole guitars and other property without ever filing any charges. The Obama administration lied and said the raid was because supposedly Gibson violated some law that dealt with the type of wood Gibson used. Of course, it was later found that (1.) Gibson never broke any laws, and (2.) Gibson’s competitor, Martin & Company, (who used the same wood) was not raided.
The only difference was that Gibson’s CEO is a Republican donor and Martin’s CEO is a Democratic donor.
29) Went full-blown “nanny state” by shutting down an Amish farm:
A little over two years ago, an Amish farm sold raw milk to willing, happy customers. Obama was not a fan of this, so he took it upon himself to simply shut the entire farm down.
30) Gave dozens of federal jobs to his fund raisers after they got him elected:
Obama’s corruption knows no bounds. After he was elected, he awarded 47 jobswithin his administration to those who helped raise money to get him elected. Naturally, this is after he promised to have “the most sweeping ethics reform in history.”
31) Appointed numerous “czars” to his administration without Senate approval:
When a president appoints someone to head an agency, the Constitution requires they be approved by the Senate. Obama ignored this requirement, however, and appointed dozens of czars without the Senate’s approval which concerned evenmembers of the Democratic Party.
32) Used tax dollars to fund over 500 slums — which were so disgusting they faced demolition:
Senator Obama used tax dollars “to build 504 units of slum housing, which had mice and backed-up sewage.” The money went to corrupt, private contractors. “Federal inspectors graded the condition of the housing so bad that the buildings faced demolition.”
33) Spent $1.6 million to restore graffiti of communist murders, Che Guevara and Fidel Castro:
This speaks for itself.
34) Lied about the Supreme Court “never” overturning any laws passed by Congress:
You would think a former constitutional law professor would know that the Supreme Court has, in fact, overturned laws passed by Congress. Perhaps Obama slept through his own class?
35) Rewarded those who helped cause the housing bubble:
Obama sure has a “weird” way of opposing corporate welfare. In March 2012, he gave a slew of new taxpayer-funded bailouts to those who helped cause the housing bubble.
36) Spent over $205,000 in taxpayer dollars on a bush:
I’m not kidding. In case you needed an example of the utter inefficiency of government, here you go. Obama spent $205,075 on a “single specimen of Arctostaphylos franciscana.” Wow, this must be a pretty cool, rare bush or something, right? Wrong. The same plant is sold by nurseries for a grand total of… $16.
37.) Spent taxpayer money to see if rats liked Miles Davis’ music better when they are on cocaine:
You really can’t make this stuff up. The Obama Administration funded a “research project” to determine whether or not rats liked the music of Miles Davis more or less when they are high on cocaine.
38) Tried to outlaw people under 18 from working on their own family’s or friend’s farms:
One of the key traditional experiences of those living in rural areas is working on their family’s farm — whether it’s simply performing small chores or working for an allowance. Everyone knows its a great way to promote work ethic and teach both kids and teens the value of a dollar. Well, everyone except Obama, apparently.
Obama tried to pass regulations which would outlaw anyone under eighteen years old from “working at grain elevators, silos, feed lots, stockyards, and livestock auctions, as well as from storing, marketing and transporting farm product raw materials.”
39) Nominated the same man who “bundled” over $500,000 for his campaign to be a US ambassador:
Obama nominated Timothy Broas to be the our Ambassador to the Netherlands. “Coincidentally,” this is the same guy who “bundled” over $500,000 for Obama’s 2012 campaign.
40) Undermines public safety by equating taking written tests with racism:
When fire and police departments in FloridaNew York, and Ohio required applicants to take a written test to be accepted, Obama pathetically accused them of racism. If anything is racist here, it’s Obama’s underlying assumption that minorities are somehow incapable of taking written tests. Nevertheless, these departments were forced to lower their standards for their tests; for example, in Ohio, an ‘F’ is now a passing score. Way to undermine “public safety” for baseless conspiracies, Mr. President. I feel much safer knowing the man or woman in charge of saving my life got all F’s in fire or police academies.
41) Made the TSA even more despicable than it was in the Bush Administration:
The TSA’s very existence is cause enough for concern (to say the least), but after you read these examples of their awful abuses, you will see how the horrors stemming from this agency have only worsened under Obama’s watch:
You know, because 9/11.
42) Demanded payment for an FOIA request:
The whole point of the Freedom of Information Act is… having the freedom of information. I guess that profound realization escaped Obama considering hedemanded that the Goldwater Institute pay a whopping $78,935.80 before they would give them access to public records.
43) Punished a school for selling soda by fining them $15,000:
Here we go again with the nanny state business. A public school used soda and candy sales to fund its art programs, school plays, and other events, but it was illegal for them to sell this during lunch hours; they can sell them all day long before and after lunch though. Despite the school’s compliance in shutting the vending machines down during lunch, the bookstore still sold soda. This landed the school a fine of $15,000 which required them to make massive cuts to the aforementioned programs and events. So kids can’t have a school play because they bought a Coke within the 47 minutes of the school day the government says they aren’t allowed to. Pathetic.
44) Risked dozens of lives in “illegal, dangerous science experiments”:
For a year and a half, “illegal science experiments” — which exposed dozens of people to “dangerous levels of toxins” — were conducted under Obama’s watch.
45) Wanted his picture taken at the Vietnam Memorial on Memorial Day, so he closed it for seven hours:
In 2012, Obama shut down the outdoor memorial so that he could have his picture taken. Vietnam veterans who traveled to Washington, D.C. from all over the country to visit their own memorial on this special day were prevented from entering for an entire seven hours so that Obama could get his picture taken.
46) Seized the majority of GM’s ownership:
In his first year in the White House, Obama essentially nationalized GM by giving60.8% of the private company’s ownership to the government. Then he fired the CEO.
47) Forced banks to provide sub-prime loans, personally made $23,000 off of it:
During Obama’s “community organizer” days, he sued banks and forced them to give out home loans to people who would never be able to pay them back, making them a slave to debt. He ended up collecting over $23,000 in legal fees for himself. As president, he still forced banks to give out massive loans to people with bad credit and low incomes.
48) Stole non-union employees’ retirement for political reasons:
In 2009, after Obama bailed out the auto industry, the pensions of 20,000 retired Delphi employees were terminated by the Treasury Department, then headed by the aforementioned tax cheat, Timothy Geithner. Emails were later released which showed the motivations were political; the retirees were not labor union members.
49) Made taxpayers fund federal employees soda consumption at $3.40/can:
Leave it to the government to waste our money wherever it can. Even when Obama had the opportunity to switch to a cheaper vendor, like Costco, Amazon, or Walmart, he didn’t. When you don’t have to foot the bill, you could not care less how much money “you’re” paying.
50) Connected people to the Internet; Cost: $7 MILLION per HOUSE:
Part of Obama’s stimulus package included granting homes in Montana the luxury of Internet… at the cost of $7 million per household. Just to put that in perspective, my Internet bill is roughly $40 a month. Let’s just assume that providing Internet is a proper role of government (it’s not) and that I would ever consider letting the government subsidize my Internet bill (I would never): Seven million dollars — what he spent on one house – could pay my Internet bill for 175,000 months — or 14,583 years. What was that about the government wasting money wherever it could?
51) Had a double standard for Bain Capital:
Obama slammed Mitt Romney’s involvement with Bain Capital during the 2012 general election… then hired a former Bain consultant, Jeff  Zients, to be his budget director.
52) Used teen campaign volunteers for political gain… then dropped them:
Obama promised a bunch of teenagers that if they volunteered on his campaign by going door-to-door nine hours a week, they could all attend one of his speeches. After the teens did their part, Obama blew them off. “I’ve been looking forward to this for a really long time. I am just feeling really let down and, like, bummed,” Madeline Frank (16) said.
53) Obama lied by saying he knows more about Judaism than any other president:
Obama claimed to know more about Judaism than any other president. I guess he was unaware of John Adams and James Madison knowing Hebrew, or Harry Truman (who recognized the state of Israel in 1948) “supported a homeland for Jews” since before WWII, or that Jimmy Carter taught Sunday School. Richard Landes, a historian at Boston University, said the president “is ignorant of history” when it comes to Judaism.
54) Obama’s okay with killing birds as long as it’s a wind company doing it:
The government issues harsh penalties for electric and oil companies killing hawks, falcons, eagles, and other birds with their machinery, but exempted wind companies from those same penalties for doing the same thing. From NPR: “What it boils down to is this: If you electrocute an eagle, that is bad, but if you chop it to pieces, that is OK,” said Tim Eicher, a former U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service enforcement agent.
55) Obama said he was never a member of the New Party; he was:
Obama lied when he said he was never involved with the New Party.
56) Supported punishing students based on race, not behavior:
A proposal was introduced that would punish students based on their race rather than their behavior. Obama supported it.
57) Funded military intervention with money “off the books” — just like Bush:
George W. Bush funded military interventionism with “off the books” funding — something which Senator Obama was against. President Obama, however, wasaccused by antiwar activists for using the same tactic when “he requested an additional $83.4 billion from Congress for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.”
58) Censored criticism of his GM/Chrystler Bailouts:
Ford aired a commercial that criticized Obama’s GM/Chrystler bailouts; Obamaforced them to remove it. So much for the First Amendment.
59) Dismissed Black Panther’s voter intimidation charges — even though there was video evidence:
The Bush Administration filed  charges against the Black Panthers for intimidating voters during the 2008 election and Obama dismissed the charges the following year. “In August 2009, the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights demanded that the Justice Department explain why it dismissed the charges.  In 2010, former Justice Department lawyer, J. Christian Adams, said the case’s drop was racially motivated.
60.) Claims to support the Second Amendment but is constantly undermining it:
“I have always believed that the Second Amendment protects the right of individuals to bear arms,” Obama lied. The NRA gave him an ‘F’ rating based on his anti-gun voting record.
61) Nominated a communist conspiracy theorist to a position in his administration:
Obama nominated Van Jones to “green czar” — who resigned after reports surfaced that he was a self-described communist and believes Bush was behind the 9/11 attacks.
62) Broke his promise not to raise taxes on the middle class or poor:
“I can make a firm pledge. Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.” — Obama, September 12, 2008
With Obamacare’s individual mandate alone, the tax increase per family is $15,000 a year — the “largest tax increase on the middle class in world history.
63) Promised to simplify the tax code; Makes it more complicated instead:
Obama said he would simplify the tax code. Instead, he has “added thousands of pages” to it.
64) Corruption increased dramatically under Obama’s watch:
“In December 2010, Transparency International reported that corruption was increasing faster in the U.S. than anywhere else except Cuba, Dominica, and Burkina Faso.” In fact, most Americans agree that corruption is now worse under Obama.
65) Lied when he called his administration the most transparent one in history:
Last year, Obama said his was the “most transparent administration in history,” which is itself a lie. Between the secret spying, secret courts, secret targeting attacks, and secret law, Obama’s presidency is most likely the least transparent in history.
66) Promised to wait five days before signing bills:
Obama promised to wait five days before signing “non-emergency” bills so that everyone could have time to review and debate them. Within his first three months in office, he broke that promise at least ten times.
67) Promised transparency in his stimulus spending; Broke it:
“Although Obama had promised that the website recovery.gov would list all stimulus spending in detail, a 400 page report issued by the Government Accountability Office stated that only 25% of the projects listed on the website provided clear and complete information regarding their cost, schedule, purpose, location and status.”
68) Planned to send 2,500 Marines to Australia:
Obama announced in November 2011 that he would be sending 2,500 Marines to Australia. China issued a “sharp response,” accusing Obama of “escalating military tensions in the region.” From NY Times: “The agreement with Australia amounts to the first long-term expansion of the American military’s presence in the Pacific since the end of the Vietnam War. It comes despite budget cuts facing the Pentagon and an increasingly worried reaction from Chinese leaders, who have argued that the United States is seeking to encircle China militarily and economically.”
69) Broke his promise to accept public campaign financing and the limits that come with it:
“The public financing system limits the amount of money that campaigns can spend in return for the public money. It was set up to reduce the influence of private donations in the political process.” Whatever your opinion is on public campaign financing, this is yet another broken promise from the president.
70) Censored a Jewish singing group:
In June 2011, Obama forced a Jewish singing group to take their video down from YouTube.
71) Rejected international help to clean up BP oil spill:
After BP’s oil spill, Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Ireland, Mexico, the Netherlands, Norway, Romania, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, the UK, and the UN all offered to chip in to help clean it up. Obama rejected it, suggesting that he cares more about politics than remedying the issue as quickly as possible.
72) Lied when he says he opposes government waste:
This is coming from the guy who spent $250,000 on a bush and $3.40 per soda. On September 22, 2008, Obama said, “I am not a Democrat who believes that we can or should defend every government program just because it’s there… We will fire government managers who aren’t getting results, we will cut funding for programs that are wasting your money and we will use technology and lessons from the private sector to improve efficiency across every level of government… The only way we can do all this without leaving our children with an even larger debt is if Washington starts taking responsibility for every dime that it spends.” However, Citizens Against Government Waste gave Obama a 2007 rating of only 10%, and a lifetime rating of only 18%.
73) Nominated drug user to… keep drugs out of schools:
In September 2009, it was reported that Kevin Jennings, Obama’s Assistant Deputy Secretary for the Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools, had written about  Jenning’s own past frequent illegal drug use in his 2007 autobiography.
74) Keeps tax cheats as aides:
In January 2012, it was reported that 36 Obama aides owed a combined total of $833,000 in back taxes.
75) Engages in cronyism at its finest:
In 2010, Obama gave $16.3 million to First Solar, a company that manufactures solar panels, so the company could sell solar panels to itself.
76) Ramped up military interventionism by sending U.S. troops to Africa:
Obama sent U.S. troops to Uganda, Congo, South Sudan and the Central African Republic.
77) Told former Russian president that he will have “more flexibility” after his “last election.”
In March 2012, when Obama was talking to Russian President Dmitri Medvedev and did not know that the microphone was turned on, Obama stated, “On all these issues, but particularly missile defense, this, this can be solved but it’s important for him to give me space… This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility.”
78) If a liberal uses vulgar language to describe a woman, it’s okay, according to Obama:
Concerned Women for America accused Obama of hypocrisy after Obama criticized Rush Limbaugh for using crude and vulgar language to describe Sandra Fluke, but Obama did not criticize Bill Maher (who had donated one million dollars to an Obama PAC) for using the same kind of crude and vulgar language to describe Sarah Palin.
79) Illegally gave Obamacare exemptions to unions that supported the passage of Obamacare
Obama gave some organizations an exemption from some of the requirements of Obamacare.  Many of these organizations were unions that had supported the passage of Obamacare, but now wanted exemptions from the very same law that they wanted to force everyone else to obey. This reveals an extreme level of hypocrisy among many of the supporters of Obamacare.
In addition, these exemptions are illegal, because the Constitution requires the law to treat everyone the same.
The Washington Times wrote of this:
“Selective enforcement of the law is the first sign of tyranny. A government empowered to determine arbitrarily who may operate outside the rule of law invariably embraces favoritism as friends, allies and those with the best-funded lobbyists are rewarded. Favoritism inevitably leads to corruption, and corruption invites extortion. Ultimately, the rule of law ceases to exist in any recognizable form, and what is left is tyranny.”
“The now-familiar monthly trickling down of new waivers is, at best, a tacit admission that Obamacare is a failure. So far, seven entire states and 1,372 businesses, unions and other institutions have received waivers from the law. The list includes the administration’s friends and allies and, of course, those who have the best lobbyists.”
“More than 50 percent of the Obamacare waiver beneficiaries are union members, which is striking because union members account for less than 12 percent of the American work force. The same unions that provided more than $120 million to Democrats in the last two elections and, in many cases, openly campaigned in favor of the government takeover of your health care, now celebrate that Obamacare is not their problem.”
80) Defended Bush administration’s unconstitutional, unwarranted use of GPS device
In January 2012, when the U.S. Supreme Court ruled against the Bush administration for having put a GPS tracking device on someone’s car without having a warrant, the Obama administration opposed the court ruling
81) Opposes newspapers reporting the news
Obama spokesman Jay Carney criticized the Los Angeles Times for publishing photographs of U.S. soldiers posing with corpses in Afghanistan.
82) Supported Bush administration for fining CBS for showing Janet Jackson’s breast
Obama came out in favor of the FCC’s fining of the CBS TV network $550,000 for showing Janet Jackson’s breast during the 2004 Super Bowl.
83) Allowed campaign contributors to bring lobbyists into White House
In April 2012, the New York Times reported, “Although Mr. Obama has made a point of not accepting contributions from registered lobbyists, a review of campaign donations and White House visitor logs shows that special interests have had little trouble making themselves heard. Many of the president’s biggest donors, while not lobbyists, took lobbyists with them to the White House…”
84) Falsely said that criminal background checks constituted “racial discrimination”
In 2012, the Obama administration accused Pepsico of “race discrimination” because it used criminal background checks to screen out job applicants.
85) Was cited by nine states for committing 21 illegal acts
Attorneys General from nine states issued a report, titled “A Report on Obama Administration Violations of Law,” which cited 21 illegal acts which had been committed by the Obama administration.
86) Tried to seize hotel because some of its customers had used illegal drugs
The Obama administration tried to seize a mom-and-pop bed-and-breakfast because some if its guests had used illegal drugs.
87) Lied when he said his campaign was not financed by big donors:
Although Obama has received many large campaign donations from corporate executives and Hollywood celebrities, his spokesperson said that his campaign was funded “not from huge donors at all.” In fact, Obama’s top contributors includedGoldman Sachs ($1,034,615), JP Morgan Chase ($847,895), and Citigroup ($755,057).
88) Holds double standard for subsidizing solar power companies and engages in economically destructive protectionism:
Although Obama gave taxpayer money to numerous American solar power companies, he placed a 30% tariff on solar panels imported from China, because he was against the Chinese government giving subsidies to its own companies.
89) Loves giving taxpayer money to tax cheaters:
Obama nominated tax cheater Tom Daschle to be Secretary of Health and Human Services. After Daschle said he didn’t want the job, Obama then nominated tax cheater Kathleen Sebelius for the same position. Obama nominated tax cheater Nancy Killefer to be his administration’s Chief Performance Officer. Obama nominated  tax cheater Hilda Solis to be the Secretary of Labor. Obama nominated tax cheater Ron Kirk be the White House Chief Trade Representative.
90) Hired a Communications Director whose favorite “political philosopher” is Mao Tse-tung, a mass murderer:
Anita Dunn, Obama’s White House Communications Director, said that one of her favorite political philosophers was Mao Tse-tung, the Chinese dictator who murdered tens of millions of innocent civilians.
91) Tried to replace science with political correctness:
In July 2010, Charles Bolden, the administrator of NASA, said that Obama had told him that the primary purpose of NASA was “to reach out to the Muslim world.”
92) Made recess appointments when Congress was not in recess:
In January 2012, Obama violated the Constitution by making four recess appointments when Congress was not in recess. Recess appointments themselves are constitutional, but only if they are made when Congress is actually in recess.
In January 2013, a federal appeals court ruled that Obama’s appointments had violated the Constitution.
In May 2013, a second federal appeals court also ruled that Obama’s appointments had violated the Constitution.
In July 2013, a third federal appeals court also ruled that Obama’s appointments had violated the Constitution.
93) Said the health insurance mandate was not a tax, but later told the Supreme Court that it was:
Before Obama’s health care reform was passed, he said that the mandate was not a tax. However, after it was passed, the Obama administration argued in front of the Supreme Court that the mandate really was a tax.
94) Lied about being his “brother’s keeper”:
Although Barack Obama likes to cite  the Bible phrase “We are our brother’s keeper,” when his real life poverty stricken brother George Obama needed $1,000 for health care bills, Barack Obama refused to pay it, so conservative author Dinesh D’Souza paid it.
95) Punishes hospitals for saving the lives of patients with heart disease:
Obama’s health care reform contains a provision that reduces  Medicare payments to hospitals with high 30-day readmission rates. Sunil Kripalani, MD, a professor with Vanderbilt University Medical Center, said of this, “Among patients with heart failure, hospitals that have higher readmission rates actually have lower mortality rates. So, which would we rather have — a hospital readmission or a death?”
96) Supports guns for himself and his wife, but opposes them for everyone else:
On January 10, 2013, President Obama signed a bill that provides armed guards to himself and his wife for the rest of the lives.
However, in 2004, when Obama was an Illinois state Senator, he voted against allowing people in their own homes to use guns to protect themselves and their families from rapists and murderers.
97) Broke his promise to “cut spending by over a trillion dollars in 2011″:
On “Meet the Press” on December 30, 2012, Obama said:
“I cut spending by over a trillion dollars in 2011.″
In reality, spending during that time period was not cut at all, and was actually increased by $147 billion.
98) Hypocrite on environmental issues:
In May 2008, Obama said, “We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times … and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK.”
However, just one week later, Obama was photographed exiting an SUV.
In addition, Obama keeps the White House thermostat turned up so high that David Axelrod, Obama’s senior adviser, said, “He likes it warm. You could grow orchids in there.”
Environmentalists criticized Obama for eating Wagyu beef, which was called “the Hummer of beef.”
Obama had a chef fly round trip from St. Louis to Washington D.C. so he could make Obama’s favorite pizza.
99) Forced public schools to replace Catcher in the Rye with a book on window insulation:
The Huffington Post reported that Obama’s education policies “are increasingly worrying English-lovers and English teachers, who feel they must replace literary greats like The Great Gatsby and Catcher in the Rye with Common Core-suggested ‘exemplars,’ like the Environmental Protection Agency’s Recommended Levels of Insulation.”
100) Sent Egypt a bunch of F-16 fighter jets when they burn our flag:
Obama approved giving 20 F-16 fighter jets to Egypt, which is a Sharia dictatorship.
