For all that says that GW Bush did Executive orders, this has been different! The "Whitehouse" has changed these Laws without Executive orders or Congress! So when people think this guy is acting like a Dictator, I see the same thing! He swore under oath to protect and uphold the Constitution! He said he would uphold the Constitution because he taught the Constitution! Well he is either a Dumbass or a short memory,because he is not upholding or protecting the Constitution!
