BEN CARSON: IT'S HARD NOT TO LAUGH' AT OBAMA

Wednesday on NewsMax TV's "The Steve Malzberg Show," former Johns Hopkinsneurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson said, "It's was hard not to laugh" after President BarackObama's comments on the VA Hospital scandal early today. 

Carson said "we have heard this before" referencing Obama's reactions to previousscandals at the IRS and on Benghazi, adding he doesn't think the president understands the implications of all his recent missteps...
