BREAKING: Police shoot teen outside Ferguson, video captures most important part

If he aimed the Gun at the Cop then I am 100% behind the Cop for protecting himself! Protesters on this matter; Get a Life!

Just when it seemed things couldn’t get more tense in the St. Louis/Ferguson area, another shooting between a young black teenager and police officers has occurred.
This time, however, the teen was armed and raised his weapon at a police officer who was then forced to shoot the suspect in self-defense, and there’s surveillance video proof the cop was justified in taking this course of action.
As you can imagine, this reignited protesters who have been responding in rather dangerous, violent ways, putting themselves and law enforcement in danger.
An officer with the Berkeley, Mo., Police Department shot and killed an armed, black teenager in apparent self-defense Tuesday night, according to St. Louis County police spokesman Brian Schellman.
The teen involved in Tuesday’s shooting was identified by his mother, Toni Martin, as Antonio Martin, 18.
According to the officers report, the incident occurred during a routine check at a Mobil gas station.
When the officer approached the vehicle, Martin pulled out a gun and pointed it at the officer. That’s when the policeman fired at the teen several times, killing him.
A second man who was with the teen ran from the scene.
Martin was on his way to see his girlfriend, his mother told KMOV

Updates to the story indicate protesters have tossed fireworks at gas pumps near the location of police officers on the street, as well as throwing bricks and rocks at them.
Yep, that definitely sounds like the kind of behavior you’d expect from “peaceful” protesters, doesn’t it?
What’s even worse is the fact that many media outlets will likely spin this story to make it appear the young man was innocent and unarmed. Lying is what liberal news does best, right?
Let’s hope this incident, which clearly indicates the shooting was in self-defense, doesn’t cause more rioting, which is something the city of Ferguson doesn’t need any more of.

Near the end of the video, a figure can be seen holding what could be a gun and pointing it at the police officer.
Here’s the police statement accompanying the video:
Surveillance video from officer-involved shooting in Berkeley, Missouri. This video shows the suspect pointing a gun at the officer.
More information on the incident:
At approximately 11:15 PM on December 23, 2014, a police officer with the City of Berkeley was conducting a routine business check at the Mobile Gas Station located at 6800 N. Hanley when he observed two male subjects on the side of the building. The Berkeley Police Officer exited his vehicle and approached the subjects when one of the men pulled a handgun and pointed it at the officer. Fearing for his life, the Berkeley Officer fired several shots, striking the subject, fatally wounding him. The second subject fled the scene. The Berkeley Police Department requested the St. Louis County Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Unit to handle the investigation. St. Louis County Police Detectives have recovered the deceased subject’s handgun at the scene. At this time, I cannot confirm the identity of the deceased subject. The investigation is on-going and further details will follow as they become available.
