I’ve seen many talking heads wonder aloud on Fox News and other networks why President Obama brings in Al Sharpton as his advisor on race. The President met in secret with Sharpton and the Ferguson protest leaders last week after the Michael Brown verdict. Our Dear Leader routinely injects himself into court cases that should be left to the states or the local authorities.
Everyone remembers his comments like, “If I had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin.” Or, “the police acted stupidly in arresting a black man climbing into the window of his own home.” Or, directing Eric Holder to proceed with federal double jeopardy investigations on civil rights grounds whenever the White House doesn’t like the verdict of a grand jury investigation on whether to indict a white cop.
This is race-baiting in its plainest form. It is reveling in victimhood. It is behavior beneath the President of the United States.
Why does he do it? The answer is very simple.
Our president and his staff race-bait because they want to protect themselves. Deep down, President Obama and his minions know their policies won’t work. They know that what they are doing is wrong and not right for the American people.
They know that they have increased racial tension in this country. Heck, that was the plan. The real agenda of this White House is power, however they can get it.
Morals and legalities are not things to be bothered with. I know just what they’re saying to themselves: “If we can get away with harassing the opposition with federal agencies, including the IRS, then heck, do it! If we can lie about Benghazi and the press will go along, then do it!”
This White House also race-baits because they know that all of this bad behavior will come out into the light like roaches in a dirty kitchen one day. They want a defense. If they have ginned up false outrage at white cops and started a race war, then hey, if someone accuses them of criminal behavior, they are a racist!
What better defense than that? The liberals and the mainstream media will run with it! We all know that…and so does our Dear Leader.
So he will continue to stir up racial animosity. He will continue to give credence to the lies from false witnesses who perjure themselves. He will continue to demand civil rights investigations.
Because at the end of the day, he will need this defense himself; so he keeps it going for that rainy day.
